The items on our RETAIL DIRECT SALES page can be purchased directly from the Windstone Editions factory in California. You may place your order by email to service@windstoneeditions.com or telephone Customer Service at (800) 982-4464. Payment can be made on-line through Paypal or you may mail us a cashiers check or money order in U.S. dollars. If you are calling in the order or emailing the order, we need the following information: Your full name, complete shipping address, phone number, your email address and the items you would like to buy (including eye and jewel colors if you are ordering Paint Your Own figurines). When we have all the information we need, we can determine shipping costs. (Sales tax applies to California residents). We will email or call you with the total.
