We are located in the downtown business district. Established in September 1970. We cater to the young customers (male & female) and EVERYONE is welcome! We are locally known as "the jazz." Our name is derived from the owner's astrological flower "jasmine" and the element "air" and boutique is french for atmosphere. The jazz is also known for its blacklight room with approximately 50 different posters and tapestries glowing from the walls. Come in and receive a free sample incense stick.
